Susanne Sperrhake, born in Bavaria/Germany, has been successfully engaged over 20 years in operational top management positions within Human Resources. Susanne works on an operational basis as a real business partner for our customers. Pragmatism and efficiency are the hallmarks of Susanne's recruiting strategy, which she puts her heart and dedication into for the respective company´s objectives. She is our expert for the analysis on what can be implemented effectively for customers and with the given resources.

Nikolaus Richter spend the last 10 working years with the global leading HR company,  holding various top management functions. His last assignment there was Chief Sales Officer for Germany. Nikolaus translates successful recruitment models of global blue chip companies into actionable concepts for SME (small and medium-sized enterprises). Within RECRUITCON Nikolaus has an eye on trends and new developments. He separates the hype from what is really relevant in our clients business environment.

Marc Zwiebler was a professional badminton player for almost 15 years and one of the very few europeans who has been into Top 10 of the world. He studied business administration with a focus on HR Talent-Management and with more than 40.000 followers on various Social Media platforms he knows the future generation of talents at first hand. The three times olympian and european champion is our talent for digitalisation and mobile applications with a global network. Ulrike Pütsch has over 15 years experience in recruiting and HR-Leadership roles. As Senior HR Consultant she is responsible for steering and optimizing the processes at RECRUITCON as well as with our clients during projects and mandates. Her longtime experience and expertise in the coaching and HR Marketing fields completes her profile. Being also an independant entrepreneur, she is our valuable visionary and strategy thinking consultant within the RECRUITCON Team.
